Hi, I’m Mariya Draganova

I envision a future where all people live life on their own terms, stay true to themselves and follow their hearts’ desire.

Breaking free from the shackles of people-pleasing has been one of my greatest achievements to date.

Until few years ago, I actually floated through life. From a young age, I was too preoccupied about what others think of me, constantly feeling the need to prove how good, smart, independent I am. I spent years searching for praise and approval. On the outside it may have looked as if I had it all, but inside, I never felt ‘good enough’ and always worried I’d be ‘found out’. The pressure to maintain this resulted in feeling disempowered and lost, not knowing who I am or what I actually want, lacking purpose and direction.

Everything changed in 2013 when I started working for The Coaching Academy (World’s leading coach trading provider) as their Events Manager. Being involved in the world of coaching and personal development actually opened my eyes. I started realizing just how much I needed to work on myself and began to get familiar with my own needs, dreams and goals. This was a truly stimulating experience, working alongside some of the top Coaches in the UK, learning from the best, being inspired by outstanding individuals and business role models.

I qualified as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. It had such a profound impact on my own life that it helped me discover a passion for helping other people grow and stretch beyond their comfort zone.

I subsequently qualified with Distinction as a Performance Coach as well as a DISC Personality Profiling Practitioner. Although I continue working very closely with The Coaching Academy, facilitating some of their introductory coaching courses in London, in 2017 I decided to follow my dreams and join the small business owners gang. It was my beautiful little daughter, who was the catalyst and the reason why I said goodbye to the 9 to 5 and said hello to control, flexibility, freedom, travel and work/life balance.

I have been working with private clients ever since and feel very privileged to be able to help other women break free from people-pleasing and create the life they want and deserve. I absolutely love the work I do and the difference it makes to my Clients’ lives.
